I just had my iPhone battery placed at The Computer Lab today (Apple recall) and couldn’t be happier. I brought in my phone to the helpful customer service guy, filled out some paperwork and he took it to the back room to be tested. Since my phone was eligible for the recall, they were able to replace my battery on the spot while I waited and browsed on the computers they have set up. It took all of 15 to 20 minutes, tops! Seriously recommend them!

I had a serious issue with my MacBooK Pro recently and I was afraid I was going to be without my computer for a week. I was working on an event and all my information was on it…and not backed up. The issue was resolved and I had my computer back in 24 hours! Amazing. Then a week later my husband’s computer had a problem. He has his business information on the computer. He had his computer diagnosed, up and running and back within 48 hours. Also Doreen and staff took the time and effort to show us how to use our “Time Machine” app and external drive. To say the least we were impressed and satisfied with our experience there.

People at the Computer Store have always been helpful when either my wife or I have had a problem. Tori was the most recent person to help me concerning a service plan. I have known Doreen Bono since MAC's have been used in schools as they were the authorized dealer for school systems and RSD # 4 used the store exclusively for purchasing.

My recent experience with The Computer Lab was so outstanding that I feel compelled to go online to share it with others who need service for their computers. I contacted Apple this past Friday afternoon with what they diagnosed on the phone as a hardware issue. Rather than send it to Apple, I took it to TCL that afternoon, an option offered by Apple Care. By the end of the afternoon, TCL diagnosed the problem, ordered the part required to fix it and called to let me know. On Monday morning, less than 72 hours after my initial call to Apple, TCL called to say the part was received and the computer fixed, ready to pick up under warranty. I should add that all of this was accomplished with impeccable friendly service from beginning to end, very personal and as good as it gets. We are very fortunate here in SE CT to have the expertise and customer care of The Computer Lab. Thank you.
